Shipping & Global Delivery
Xishan Technology collaborates with top-tier global logistics providers to establish a highly efficient delivery system. We ensure that surgical power systems and consumables are delivered safely and punctually to hospitals and distributor warehouses worldwide, offering flexible Incoterms and delivery schedules tailored to regional requirements.
Q1: What are the typical lead times for international shipments?
Standard products are typically shipped within 2–4 weeks after order confirmation. Custom configurations or high-volume orders may require additional time, which will be specified in your commercial invoice.
Q2: Which shipping methods and Incoterms do you primarily support?
We flexibly support air freight, ocean freight, and express couriers (DHL/FedEx/UPS). Our standard trading terms are EXW or FOB, but others can be negotiated based on regional logistics needs.
Q3: How can I track the real-time status of my shipment?
Once your order dispatches, a tracking number and shipping documents will be sent to your registered email. You can also contact your dedicated regional account manager for real-time logistics updates.
Customs & Compliance Support
Our experienced international trade compliance team is dedicated to reducing cross-border communication and customs clearance barriers for global partners. Xishan Technology provides comprehensive support by preparing Certificates of Origin (CO), CE, FDA, and other regulatory technical dossiers required by local Ministries of Health, facilitating fast customs clearance and clinical deployment.
Q1: What standard compliance documents do you provide for customs clearance?
We provide complete commercial invoices, packing lists, Certificates of Origin (CO), and required regulatory certificates (such as CE, FDA, or ISO 13485) tailored to your country’s import regulations.
Q2: Can you assist with localized medical device registration in our country?
Yes. Our regulatory affairs (RA) team can provide authorized technical dossiers, product specifications, and testing reports to help our local partners complete MOH (Ministry of Health) registration.
Q3: What should I do if the customs office requests additional technical verification?
Please contact our compliance support immediately via the contact form below. Our trade compliance specialists will review the request and provide the necessary supplementary documentation within 48 hours.
Order & Logistics FAQ
To ensure highly efficient synergy with our global partners, we have outlined operational guidelines for standard business procedures and order modifications. For any other urgent operational inquiries, please feel free to reach out to our Global Business Center.
Q1: Who is responsible for import duties, local taxes, and clearance fees?
Unless explicitly stated otherwise under specific Incoterms (like DDP) in the commercial contract, all import duties, local VAT, and customs brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Q2: Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been confirmed?
Order modifications depend on the production stage. Please contact your account manager immediately. Standard orders can usually be adjusted before production begins, while custom configurations cannot be altered once in production.
Q3: What is the procedure if a product is damaged during international transit?
Please inspect the goods upon arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt immediately. Take high-resolution photos/videos and contact both the carrier and Westshan within 3 business days to initiate an insurance and replacement claim.
